Usage-based billing, no nasty surprises.
We bill per decision, and a decision is just one call to /v1/moderate regardless of how many rules it evaluates. Soft caps are configurable per rule set, and you can set hard monthly ceilings so a runaway loop never costs you more than $X.
- Per-decision pricing. 30 rules in a set costs the same as 5. We pay the inference cost, not you.
- Per-token transparency. Every decision returns the input/output token cost. Reconcile it line-by-line in the dashboard.
- Hard ceilings. Set a maximum monthly spend. We pause non-critical traffic before you cry to finance.
- No per-seat fees. Add your whole T&S team without checking the contract first.
Pricing FAQ
Do you charge for blocked content?
Yes. We did the inference whether we blocked it or not. But volume blockers (e.g. anything matching a regex pre-filter you configure) are free — we don’t call the model in the first place.
What counts as one decision?
One call to /v1/moderate. If you call us with an image, that’s one decision. If you call us with an image and a caption together, also one decision.

Available from Growth and up — 10% off list, payable by invoice. Wire transfer, Stripe, or via your preferred procurement vendor.
Self-hosting?
Possible on Scale, with a one-time setup fee. Bring your own LLM endpoints (Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, on-prem) and we deploy our orchestrator into your VPC.
